FinTech Architect

Requirements:
Know the ecosystem
? Be familiar with the core value proposition of various Blockchains
? Be plugged into the DeFi world and know the landscape of cex’s and dex’s
? Understand how they work, what’s been successful and what hasn’t
Strong understanding of financial principles
? Liquidity
? Derivatives
? Leverage trading
? Market Making
Strong math skills
? Deconstructing a high level concept into concrete formulas
? Familiar with data visualization techniques
? Basic calculus
? Statistics & Probability Theory
? Quantitative analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Financial Architect, Blockchain Developer, or similar role in the DeFi space.
Knowledge of Rust and TypeScript programming languages.
Strong foundation in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and cryptographic
protocols.
Experience in product design, including defining requirements, architectural design, and user experience.
Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive documentation.
Solid understanding of security principles and how they apply to DeFi protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work
collaboratively in a team setting.

This is a Full time remote position working on European hours.
