About The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Operation Representative with a fluent Russian/Chinese, who is highly motivated to join our growing team.

Hybrid model - 2 days from home and 3 days from the office.


You Will:
• Achieving monthly sales targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.
• Making calls to existing customers to maximize potential
• Interact with customers & coordinate meetings
• Joining the field team for activities
• Multitask between different communication channels
• Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps
• Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement

דרישות התפקיד

You Have:
• Experience in making sales calls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian/Chinese, English – Mandatory.
• Hebrew - an advantage
• Excellent communication between customer & department
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
• Proficient in all MS Office products
• Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact
