Comm-IT is seeking a highly skilled .NET Team Lead to design, develop, and implement complex software solutions aligning with our business goals.
As a .NET Tech Lead you will be responsible for leading innovative software architecture design, providing technical leadership and mentorship, integrating systems for seamless communication, optimizing performance, staying updated on emerging technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Proven experience as a .NET Team Lead Lead with a track record of successful software architecture design and implementation.
Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. Advanced knowledge of software architecture principles and patterns.
Experience with working with react and angular – Advantage.
Experience with working with Python and node.js– Advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
