BMC is looking for a GenAI Senior Product Manager to join our IZOT (Intelligent Z Optimisation and Transformation) team, responsible for all of BMC’s mainframe portfolio of products that compete in the AppDev/DevOps, ITOM, Storage and Security markets.

In this role, you will help guide us on how we should be introducing GenAI into our products, thus affecting thousands of customers worldwide! This includes collaborating with product managers on implementing AI in existing products, as well as leading new products with GenAI capabilities E2E.

In this role, you will:
Act as the product management subject matter expert and evangelist on the GenAI market. This includes being aware of industry solutions, use cases, emerging technologies in the GenAI and AI/ML space and applying insights to improve the business unit’s go to market strategy and products.
Communicate the vision, strategy and roadmap internally to other departments and externally to customers and partners and represent the product line at industry events.
Advise a group of product managers who work with R&D to define product features, translate features into epics and user stories, manage and prioritize the contents of development sprints and maintain a release cadence using agile methodologies.
Support solutions marketing in the process of articulating the value proposition, unique selling points, key differentiators and product features and create messaging to be used in sales collateral, customer facing presentations, product documentation, internal enablement content and the company’s website.
Work with technology partners such as leading AI/ML and cloud providers to define and execute business partnerships based on joint product solutions and technical integrations.
Speak with and listen to our customers and prospects, to understand their needs, gather feedback and requirements, and collaborate with them to build and validate product features.
Define metrics and analyze data on product usage and performance.
