We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to join our team. As an NPI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch of new products, ensuring a smooth transition from design to manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, quality & resolve any issues throughout the NPI process.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the NPI process, coordinating activities between engineering, manufacturing, and operation teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Collaborate with system engineers to review product designs for manufacturability, identifying potential risks and solutions.
• Develop and implement NPI plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, troubleshooting issues and implementing process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
