Webmaster mission
The webmaster's job is to design, develop, configure and maintain web pages. Primary responsibilities are to ensure that websites operate correctly, improve web page speed, create new functionality, manage content, and improve SEO. Bug fixing like UI issues, responsive behavior issues, and minimizing site downtime due to critical errors in a production environment.
Panda TS is looking for candidates who hold a Web Design/Computer Science degree or certificate and have proven experience developing interactive web pages using HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, jQuery, PHP, and various CMS systems. The candidate should know how to manage DNS records and use cPanel.
We are searching for an adept, creative multitasker whom we can trust with the keys to our and client's websites.
During an interview, we will review candidates' familiarity with various CMS. The candidate will be asked about content and SEO management. We will ask to perform a short assignment to see the on-the-job approach, like project configuration, web page layout creation, and simple client-side functionality development.
Strong advantage for webmaster candidates who are enthusiastic and interested in learning more about web development, candidates who notice small details and share creative ideas to improve website layouts. Possessing problem-solving abilities is also essential for this role, as webmasters should identify and address technical issues that users face
