FACTORY54 hiring a Data Engineer to build and optimize our data pipelines and infrastructure supporting BI, analytics, and ML. You’ll work across the business—from E-Commerce, Retail to Logistics and Finance—to ensure clean, scalable, and reliable data powers every decision.

This is a hands-on technical role in a growing team, focused on building the foundations of a modern, business-driven data platform.

What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across various data sources
• Support and optimize our data lake/warehouse (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, etc.)
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility across business units
• Collaborate with analysts and BI to deliver usable, trusted data
• Automate validation, cleansing, and integration workflows
