Expansion to new distributors and retailers is the main growth engine for our global business, making this role highly significant in driving our international success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and nurture relationships with international distributors to drive sales growth.
• Develop and execute tailored business plans for each key account.
• Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and evaluate distributor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate commercial terms and promotional plans with key accounts.
• Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Establish and onboard new international distribution partnerships.
• Travel internationally several times a year to meet business needs.
• At least 2 years of international sales experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Highly driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business priorities.
• Assertive, competitive, and results-focused.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills – an advantage.
