Israeli Global company is seeking for
Technical Service Manager who will be responsible for leading global technical support operations, managing the CRM-based ticketing system, creating and maintaining technical documentation and service procedures, driving training for the global service engineering team, and supporting the implementation of new products from a service perspective. The role also includes managing technical service for Israeli customers and supporting field activities abroad as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or service management roles.
• Proven experience managing global service operations or training programs.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Traveling abroad then necessary
• Proficiency with CRM systems and technical documentation tools
