We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, meeting targets, and expanding global market share—especially in the U.S.

What You’ll Do
Sell and expand business in international markets, primarily the United States
Manage full sales cycles—from prospecting to deal closing, working with clients in industrial and semiconductor sectors
Travel extensively – 3 weeks per quarter to the U.S. to meet clients, demonstrate products, and drive sales
Own your targets – Fight to meet and exceed revenue goals in a highly competitive environment
Provide technical guidance – Work closely with clients to ensure proper product application and integration
Work hands-on in the industry – Understand manufacturing, industrial processes, and global distribution strategies
Collaborate with engineers & product teams to enhance customer experience and product-market fit
Technical Background – Experience in industrial sales, engineering, or technical account management (semiconductors, mechanics, or related fields)
International Sales Experience – Understanding of B2B industrial sales, distribution, and global market expansion
Availability to travel – Minimum 3 weeks per quarter abroad (mainly the U.S.)
Results-Driven Mentality – Ability to work with aggressive sales targets and develop strategies to exceed them
Strong Industry Knowledge – Experience working in Israel’s industrial sector is a major advantage
Resilience & Negotiation Skills – Ability to close high-value deals and handle complex negotiations
