• Coordinate and manage CX training programs, including Service Excellence workshops.
• Liaise with third-party consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback, collaborating with Customer Service and Organizational Development.
• Lead the data collection and cleansing process to build a complete and accurate product and raw material database.
• Ensure timely submission of data by relevant data owners.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth system interfaces and data flow between platforms.
• Serve as a key user of the new CO? Emission system, providing insights and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Supply Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) data to Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams as needed.
• Currently a 2nd-3rd year student in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering & Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Studies).
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Technologically oriented, with a curiosity for digital tools and process innovation.
