Product Ownership & Strategic Thinking
• Contribute to defining the product vision, scope, and success metrics in collaboration with product and business teams.
• Translate insights from user feedback, data, and market research into product recommendations and task prioritization.
• Evaluate opportunities and challenge assumptions while balancing user experience, technical capabilities, and business needs.
End-to-End Product Support
• Support the full product lifecycle — from discovery and definition to development, launch, and iterative improvement.
• Work within Agile methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, tracking tasks, and helping resolve blockers with the team.
• Monitor development progress and product quality, identifying issues early and driving efficient solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as a connector between engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding throughout the process.
• Write clear and detailed product requirements and user stories that support efficient development.
• Maintain transparent documentation, timelines, and decision records in an organized manner.
User-Centric Product Mindset
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand user needs and contribute to product improvements.
• Help drive initiatives that focus on delivering user value and supporting key business KPIs, even at smaller scopes.
