Customer Success Manager – Panda Trading Systems (PandaTS)
PandaTS, a leading provider of high-performance technology for the online financial trading industry, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Guide customers from post-sale onboarding to full adoption of Panda products
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams
• Balance business needs with customer expectations to drive long-term satisfaction
• Optimize client performance and ensure successful product usage
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts

What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience as a B2B Customer Success Manager or Project Manager – must
• Experience in fintech – advantage
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business – advantage
• Experience in the online Forex or Gaming industry – advantage
• Understanding of development lifecycles
• Experience working with international clients
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a strong team player
• Ability to work effectively with both business and engineering teams
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
