Fintech company in Herzeliya is looking for *junior* project Manager
Role Purpose
Manage the operational workflow of the Brand & Studio team, ensuring smooth execution of creative
projects from brief to delivery. Coordinate between internal stakeholders and creative resources,
manage timelines and budgets, and maintain quality standards across all studio outputs.
• 1-3 years experience in project management, traffic management, or studio coordination
• Experience working in a creative/marketing environment
• Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
• Good English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
• Experience managing freelancers or outsourced creative resources
• Background in design, video, or creative production
• Experience with budget management and invoice processing
• Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Experience with AI tools for productivity and automation
• Experience in digital marketing or advertising agency
• Experience in fintech or online trading industry
