Take full ownership of the entire campaign lifecycle: research, creative planning, launch, monitoring, testing, and optimization
Run, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on TikTok
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities
Analyze performance data from multiple sources and translate insights into clear optimization actions
Continuously A/B test creatives, messaging, formats, and targets
Test and scale new formats and creative approaches
Optimize budgets and performance based on KPIs

דרישות התפקיד

Hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns with measurable performance results
Experience managing TikTok performance campaigns is a strong advantage
Strong analytical mindset with high accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence working with data, numbers, and Excel
AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI-powered platforms (TikTok or other AI creative tools)
Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and extract actionable insights and strategies
Strong understanding of digital and video platforms and how creatives perform across them
Ability to think creatively and work with ad concepts, angles, and hooks
Resourceful, independent, and proactive mindset with strong ownership
Persistence and resilience: comfortable testing, failing, and learning
Comfortable working with creative and design tools to create and adjust marketing assets (Canva or similar tools)
BA/BSc in engineering, business, or economics is considered an advantage.
Fluent English, written and spoken
