We are looking for a hands-on Service Desk Technician with strong technical skills, high service orientation, and experience supporting global environments. This is a key role with real impact on both employees and clients worldwide.

?? About the Role
• Provide end-to-end IT support to ~400 employees in Israel and abroad, as well as external clients
• Handle Windows, Office, telephony, and general IT issues
• Install and configure software and hardware: VPN, Office applications, CRM, printers, and more
• Perform hands-on hardware work (mandatory): SSD installation, fan and memory replacement, etc.
• Monitor production systems and handle customer-related technical issues
• Identify incidents and escalate to relevant technical teams when required
• Work closely with global IT and technology teams
