Software Team Leader/Tech Leader
At least 6 years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading backend and/or infrastructure teams in a fast-paced environment.
At least 3 years in Python development.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud services (preferably GCP).
Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, system monitoring, observability, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
Solid knowledge of backend systems design, distributed architecture, microservices, and data-driven solutions.
Familiarity with data pipeline tools and architectures (e.g., Airflow, Kafka, Pub/Sub).
Strong experience with DB (for example, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery) and related data stores.
Track record in managing and scaling reliable systems with high uptime requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working across disciplines and global teams.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
