We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team at Stratasys.
This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers, and bring initiative, creativity, and innovative thinking into our recruitment practices , with a strong focus on inclusion, diversity, and equitable hiring.
Temporary position ~8 months | 80% role

Key Responsibilities
Lead meaningful recruitment processes in close partnership with hiring managers
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing approaches
Conduct phone and in-person interviews and support the hiring process through the offer stage
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Additionally, support recruitment processes for contractors, students, internships, and internal mobility initiatives
Work with placement agencies and support the employee

דרישות התפקיד

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – advantage
At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including minimum 1 year in an in-house role – required
Strong sourcing capabilities and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
High level of English, both written and verbal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Curiosity and openness to innovation, including the use of AI and automation tools in recruiting
