managing, developing, and maintaining the International Office section of the university website, ensuring that information is accurate, accessible, and clearly presented for international audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the International Office section of the university website using WordPress.
Write, edit, and update website content primarily in English and sometimes in Hebrew.
Upload and organize content, ensuring pages are structured clearly and consistently.
Gather and consolidate relevant information from academic faculties and administrative units across the university.
Ensure the website reflects the full scope of international programs, opportunities, and services offered by the university.
Identify missing or outdated information and proactively propose improvements or new content.
Improve the structure, clarity, and overall user experience of the website for international audiences.
Coordinate technical updates and development requests with the university’s IT/web team.
Monitor website content and ensure information remains current and accurate.

דרישות התפקיד

BA in Communications, Digital Media or similar field.
Excellent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
Excellent Hebrew (written and spoken).
Proven experience working with WordPress
Experience writing or editing digital content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
1–2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent skills.
