Position Overview
We are seeking a Native English–speaking Sales Manager to lead the full sales process of residential units in a high-quality senior living community.
The role includes end-to-end responsibility for managing leads, conducting sales meetings and tours, and closing complex, high-value transactions—while providing a highly professional and personalized experience to English-speaking clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management – Efficient handling of incoming leads generated through marketing activities
Sales Meetings – Conducting professional sales meetings with prospective residents and families, presenting the senior living community and residential units in a compelling manner
Property Tours – Leading tailored, high-quality tours of the community and model apartments
Sales Process Management – Managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract signing
Client ??????anionship – Providing close, personal guidance to clients throughout the entire decision-making and purchasing process
Follow-Up & Reporting – Maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking client progress, and managing an organized meeting schedule
Deal Closings – Driving results, meeting targets, and maximizing closing rates
English-Language Sales – Conducting full sales processes in English, including detailed explanations of commercial terms and contracts
Requirements
Native English speaker – mandatory
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, senior living, or high-value services
Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-ticket deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High level of empathy, patience, and sensitivity to the needs of seniors and their families
Strong motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and results-driven approach
Experience working with CRM systems
