A leading international consumer products company is seeking a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead its global sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
This senior leadership role requires a highly experienced global sales executive with mandatory experience in consumer products and extensive work with international distributors. The position will lead global sales performance across distributor markets, online channels, and the Israeli market.
Key Responsibilities
• Full ownership of global and local sales targets and P&L
• Lead, manage, and expand a global distributor network and open new international markets
• Strengthen distributor partnerships to drive sustainable growth
• Drive global online sales growth through e-tailers and marketplaces
• Manage Israel sales operations, including company-owned retail stores
• Lead and develop a multicultural sales team and collaborate cross-functionally to execute global GTM plans
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree - an advantage
• Significant senior global sales leadership experience in the consumer products industry- mandatory
• Proven experience working with and managing international distributors- mandatory
• Proven success driving profitable growth across multiple channels, including online
• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Agile, fast-moving, and comfortable operating in dynamic international environments
• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Willingness to travel internationally
This role reports directly to the Group CEO.
