Own and execute the global sales strategy across SmartCare and Security
• Drive revenue growth across international markets (excluding North America)
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global B2B sales organization
• Develop and expand relationships with service providers, distributors, and strategic partners
• Personally lead complex, high-value deals and negotiations
• Establish structured sales processes, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
• Work closely with Product, R&D, and Marketing to ensure strong product-market fit and
effective go-to-market execution
• Identify and develop new markets, channels, and growth opportunities
• Bring structure, discipline, and visibility to the entire sales funnel
• Represent the company in front of key customers and at global industry events
10+ years of experience in international B2B sales, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of building and scaling a significant business, with measurable and sustained
revenue growth
• Demonstrated ability to develop markets and create demand, not only sell into existing
pipelines
• Strong experience selling integrated hardware-software solutions (IoT / Telecom / Security /
Medical devices – advantage)
• Experience working with global partners, operators, and service providers
• Demonstrated success in managing long and complex sales cycles
• Experience in EMEA and/or APAC markets - must
• Hands-on approach - ability to both lead and directly close deals
• Strong commercial, analytical, and forecasting capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with executive leadership
• Strong references reflecting impact on business growth and organizational scale
