Back Office – Trading Operations

At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. As our platform grows and our services expand, we’re looking for a Back Office professional to support and strengthen the operational foundation of our trading activity.

The Back Office function ensures the seamless execution, accuracy, and integrity of all trading operations. This role combines daily hands-on transaction management with participation in building new operational workflows, system requirements, and control processes.

You’ll be part of an innovative, pioneering project shaping the next generation of digital trading experiences within the bank.



Your Day-to-Day
Perform reconciliations, allocations, settlements, and end-to-end transaction monitoring.
Conduct operational checks and controls to ensure accurate execution and minimize operational risk.
Manage the lifecycle of trading transactions, ensuring timely and correct settlement.
Take part in setup projects—defining requirements, drafting specifications, and performing system testing.
Draft and maintain operational procedures and internal guidelines.
Work extensively with banking systems, back-office tools, and control environments.
Support the establishment of new trading activities and infrastructure.
