We're currently seeking Legal Counsel for a leading beauty industry company.
Support and advice on a wide variety of general legal matters throughout the different departments, involving global jurisdictions
Review and draft a wide range of cross-border agreements with global counterparties (distribution, vendor, retail, manufacturing, marketing, DPAs, NDAs etc., and related documents)
Own and maintain the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including negotiating key business terms
Work closely with senior stakeholders of the company in Israel and its subsidiaries globally
דרישות התפקיד
LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
Certified Lawyer with an active Israeli bar membership.
5 years of experience post internship, practicing commercial and transactional law as in-house counsel at a global company or at a leading law firm.
Solid understanding of Privacy, Intellectual Property, Data Protection regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks), Global Competition laws, Consumer’s Protection laws - Advantage.
Native/Excellent spoken and written English – MUST.
Solid knowledge of contractual practices and commercial law.
Willingness to adapt working hours to NA and APAC time zones.
