As Key Account Manager, you will build and manage strategic customer relationships, drive sustainable sales growth, and position the company as a partner of choice for key accounts across the Israeli life sciences market. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing local organization within a global industry leader, with direct impact on shaping market presence, customer perception, and commercial success through strategic account development and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities and drive growth across life sciences and medical organizations
* Own the full sales cycle within key accounts, from RFP through contracting, delivery, and post-sale follow-up
* Build trusted advisor relationships with startups, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies by applying strong industry and regulatory knowledge
* Analyze market and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable growth opportunities
* Deliver customer-centric solutions, tailoring offerings to meet customers’ critical needs and long-term objectives
* Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* 5+ years’ experience in account development, sales, or similar roles within biotech or biopharma with proven experience in laboratory product sales (must), combining strong commercial focus with the drive to expand business and grow the portfolio
* Proven ability to build strategic relationships and identify growth opportunities across the biotech/biopharma ecosystem
* Strong understanding of industry landscapes, including regulatory environments and market trends
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering results
* Fluency in English and Hebrew required
