Global Industrial Organization is Looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Submitting the PO’s in ERP (Priority).
Manage sales orders from PO to POD.
Update customers with supply plan.
Customer focal point for all order related issues.
Working with relevant departments about any issue in sale order.
Control sales order status.
Plan & Control shipping plan.
Manage logistics according to customer incoterm agreement.
Invoicing
Responsible from RMA operations.
Customer complaints to ship repaired units back to customer and repairment tracking, reporting.
License management
Collaborate with team members in Sales, Operations, Finance, production and company clients to ensure flawless customer service
