Full-Stack Developer

BloxTax is an Israeli crypto tax platform helping thousands of users stay compliant with Israeli tax law. We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join a small, high-ownership engineering team.
What you will be doing
• Develop, support, and maintain modern web applications built with TypeScript frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring smooth performance and security.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve development processes and product performance.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to build user-friendly experiences.
דרישות התפקיד
• 2–3 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React (Vite), and Node.js (Bun).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQLite.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for frontend and backend.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently, self-manage, and take full ownership.
• Fast learner — comfortable navigating ambiguity and limited documentation.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

Hybrid · Ramat Gan · 5 days/week in-office during onboarding, 3 days/week after
