R&D Digital Team Lead
תיאור משרה
We are seeking a Digital Development Team Lead (R&D) to provide strong technical and managerial leadership to a development team. This role entails end-to-end ownership of delivery, accountability for execution and outcomes, and driving the technological vision within a complex, cross-functional environment.
דרישות התפקיד
At least 5 years of experience in Web or Cloud development – mandatory
A minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a development team – mandatory
Proven experience with ReactJS/VueJS, and .NET Core – mandatory
Experience in a financial organization, as well as with AWS, microservices architecture, and AI – a significant advantage
