### Responsibilities

- Analyze data and deliver actionable business insights
- Define and build KPIs and business metrics
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Write and optimize SQL queries
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address business needs

### What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an analyst — not just a dashboard developer.

The ideal candidate:

- Understands the “why” behind the data
- Knows how to define and challenge business metrics
- Uses DAX beyond basic aggregations
- Takes ownership and works independently

דרישות התפקיד

### Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in BI / Data Analyst roles
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server:
- Writing complex queries (JOINs, CTEs, Window Functions)
- Query optimization and performance tuning
- Proven experience with Power BI, including:
- Advanced DAX skills (complex calculations, time intelligence, business metrics)
- Data modeling experience (Star Schema, relationships, etc.)
- End-to-end dashboard development
- Experience working with business stakeholders
- Strong ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Big advantage:
Experience as an application-focused DBA (managing schemas, indexes, performance tuning, and database maintenance in an application context)
