A food and logistics delivery platform company, located in the North and Center of the country is seeking a Sales Manager to drive HAAT’s growth in the region. You’ll lead partner acquisition across restaurants and retail, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding to position HAAT as the go-to delivery partner in the North. This role demands entrepreneurial energy, sharp commercial instincts, and close collaboration with Ops, Marketing, and Account Management to ensure partner success.
What Will You Do
Ensure HAAT’s commercial growth in Haifa and the North by identifying and closing partnerships with top local and regional brands.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across food, grocery, and retail verticals.
End-to-End Sales Ownership.
Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to each partner’s business goals.
Track sales performance, conversion rates, and partner ramp-up timelines.
Monitor local market dynamics and competitor activity to position HAAT effectively and adapt the pitch where needed.
4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, ideally in delivery, retail tech, SaaS, FMCG, or marketplaces.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-velocity environment.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the ability to close complex deals.
Deep knowledge of the Haifa and North regional market ,local trends, key players, and growth pockets.
Passion for local businesses and a genuine desire to help them grow.
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), sales analytics, and reporting dashboards.
Native Hebrew.
