an innovative medical device company is seeking a passionate and innovative Content Creator / Marketing Communication Manager. The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting compelling content and executing strategic marketing communications to enhance the company's digital brand presence and engagement across digital platforms. A background in the health sciences or medical device field is mandatory.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various digital platforms for a B2B (physicians, distributors) audience in the medical field including blogs, social media, websites, videos, and email newsletters. Includes creating visuals to accompany posts and e-mail.
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule social media posts. Monitor and respond to audience engagement and trends.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital content and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, guidelines, and goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and clinical departments to gather information and create cohesive content strategies.
Event Promotion: Create promotional content for events, webinars, and product launches to drive attendance and engagement.
Build Partner Marketing Strategies: Provide our global partners with ideas and methods to utilize our content or develop content for their own local campaigns of the company's products and initiatives.
Internal Communications: Assist as needed to promote brand awareness and messaging within the company's workers and support company events.
Marketing Operations: Perform administrative tasks related to managing marketing vendors and conference logistics.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content creation and marketing communication.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and understanding of complex medical topics. Native level English.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Experience with WordPress
Experienced in creating visual content for social media (Canva or other graphic design platforms). Video editing is a bonus.
Experience working with Salesforce / Account Engagement preferred.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas and execute them
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
