- Own and manage the BIM Execution Plan for Metro Line M2, ensuring alignment with NTA requirements and ISO 19650.
- Define and govern BIM strategy, standards, and workflows across all disciplines and contractors.
- Ensure BIM compliance, quality assurance, information delivery, and effective use of the Common Data Environment (ACC).
- Act as the primary BIM interface with NTA, cross-line teams (M1/M3), and senior project stakeholders.
- Oversee model federation, integration reviews, and digital strategy including iTwin and digital twin readiness.
- Lead and develop the BIM delivery team, providing governance, guidance, and capability development.
