Proven ability to work on high-scale, data-intensive systems — with a focus on performance and reliability.
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern backend technologies.
Strong understanding of system design, data flows, and service architecture (not just pipelines).
Experience working with complex domains and messy real-world data — advantage.
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven systems or enabling infrastructure — advantage

Ability to work independently and provide mentorship to engineering teams
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and quality
