Hybrid Work Model
We are looking for a highly responsible Customer Operations Specialists to manage daily platform processes, handle complex data entry, and support our global clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Platform & Process Management: Manage daily operational processes within the system, including accurate data entry and filling out complex regulatory forms.
• Data Control: Monitor system reports, track workflow progress, and proactively resolve data discrepancies or errors.
• Customer Support: Provide professional, timely support to B2B clients via email, and conduct basic product demonstrations/onboarding.
• Edge-Case Handling: Perform manual fallback processing through official portals when automated flows require human intervention.

What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Proven background in data handling, precise form filling, and managing customer communications (primarily via email/support desks).
• Languages: Professional-level Hebrew and English (both written and spoken) is a MUST.
• Technical Orientation: You don't need to be a programmer, but you must be a technical person who learns new software systems and dashboards quickly and easily.
• Extreme Accountability: Exceptional attention to detail and the dedication to maintain a flexible schedule for high-availability support.
• This position is open to applicants of all ages and genders.

Job Terms
• Hybrid Work Model: 2 days from our office (next to train station), 3 days from home.
• Hours: Flexible working hours, tailored around system needs and non-business hour coverage.
• Compensation: 40 NIS per hour plus a performance-based bonus structure.
