AI Product Manager
תיאור משרה
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven initiatives, including recommendation engines, personalization, GenAI features, and smart search capabilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle from user research and data analysis to conceptualization, feature prioritization, and high-impact launch
- Partner closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, R&D, UX/UI, and Business Stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics and model performance to proactively suggest ongoing improvements and maximize business value
- Act as the bridge between technical AI capabilities and real-world user needs, ensuring complex models translate into intuitive, frictionless product features
דרישות התפקיד
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in digital platforms, marketplaces, B2C, or B2B tech companies
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML-driven features or products (e.g., recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, search algorithms, or LLMs)
- Ability to converse naturally with Data Scientists and Engineers about data pipelines, model training, and algorithmic logic
- Deep expertise in using data and product analytics tools to guide decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure outcomes
- Ability to think strategically about product vision while maintaining a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
