This position operates at a site or campus level to understand how much space is currently available, workplace conditions, and headcount projections by local business unit while ensuring all sites are optimized per Client workplace standards. You will support the development and delivery of Space Planning solutions in line with Property Strategies that meet Business needs for space and/or changes to space allocations while managing site level blocking, stacking, and adjacency planning. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by developing migration plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves, managing CAFM/IWMS data to ensure accuracy of reporting, facilitating planning issues with MAC team, and compiling tactical views of specific campus to support business needs while integrating tactical plans into strategic forecasts.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Support development and delivery of Space Planning solutions in line with Property Strategies while performing site level blocking, stacking, and adjacency planning
Develop migration plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves while managing and maintaining CAFM/IWMS data for reporting accuracy
Facilitate and resolve planning issues identified in customer planning meetings with MAC team while compiling tactical views of specific campus
Support preparation of communications that assist Business Reps in understanding proposed accommodation solutions including floor plans and stack plans
Recommend, educate, and enforce space policies/standards while performing data accuracy audits and notifying client of requested exceptions
Collaborate on site-specific Planning Strategies with Senior Site Leadership and Area Occupancy Planners while supporting MAC and space service requests
Track and report actual seat demand versus projected seat demand at building level while reporting current supply, capacity, and forecasting inventory changes.
Relationship building and customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
Tactical planning and initiatives experience with problem solving capabilities
Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously while managing CAFM/IWMS systems effectively
Microsoft office tools proficiency with understanding of space management processes
Experience working with MAC teams, FM teams, and space management teams
Skills in tracking and reporting seat demand versus projected demand with inventory forecasting abilities
Understanding of space policies/standards enforcement and data accuracy audit processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Space planning experience including stacking/blocking and adjacency planning
Experience with activity-based working programs and workplace optimization strategies
AutoCAD skills with ability to create floor plans and stack plans
Background in migration planning and sequencing of moves across multiple business units
Knowledge of Property Strategies integration and strategic forecast development
Experience with Service Request Module management and detailed documentation processes
Understanding of workplace conditions assessment and headcount projection analysis.
