We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HCP Coordinator to join our Indirect Procurement team.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient execution from initiation through payment.

The role requires the ability to operate in a multi-interface environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, data analysis, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Procurement Management

Full responsibility for the HCP engagement lifecycle
Initiate and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment follow-up
2. Stakeholder & Interface Management

Work in a multi-interface environment, engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with R&D, Digital, Innovation teams, Finance, Legal, and Procurement
Act as a central coordination point between business needs and procurement execution
Ensure alignment, communication, and smooth handoffs across functions
3. Contracting & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain high standards of data integrity and audit readiness
4. Data Analysis & Controls

Initiate high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all processes
Perform data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
Execute controls and validations to ensure data integrity and compliance
5. Process Execution & Monitoring

Track POs and service confirmations
Conduct ongoing follow-up to ensure timely execution
Identify and implement process improvements
