Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Optimization: Develop production schedules and analyze capacity to maximize operational efficiency.
Resource Management: Track material and resource needs, run capacity simulations, and identify potential bottlenecks.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Engineering, QA, and Procurement to synchronize workflows.
Data & Process Improvement: Analyze labor costs, validate production data, and continuously improve production effectiveness.
