Matrix is Hiring: Warehouse & Inventory Control Coordinator
• Manage and monitor warehouse inventory on an ongoing basis.
• Receive, issue, track, and update inventory records.
• Work extensively with the SAP system.
• Generate reports and perform inventory control activities.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate activities with managers and employees across the organization.
• Participate in and lead the annual inventory count process.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide operational solutions.
דרישות התפקיד
• Previous experience in warehouse and logistics operations – required.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP – required.
• High level of English (written, verbal, and reading) – required.
• Experience generating reports and working with data.
• Experience working with customers – required.
• Practical Engineer (Engineering Technician) diploma – an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Assertiveness combined with a service-oriented approach.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to drive processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse interfaces.
