HW Validation Team leader

Manage and mentor the HW validation group; set priorities, review work, and grow the team
Own the end-to-end hardware validation lifecycle: test planning, execution, failure analysis, regression, and sign-off
Define and enforce the team's validation methodology — test coverage, pass/fail criteria, and acceptance baselines
Design and implement automation frameworks for hardware validation using Python and/or other scripting languages
Build and maintain test setups, integrating lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DVMs, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, protocol analyzers, etc.)
Execute end-to-end validation testing (manual and automated), including functional, performance, stress, and regression tests
Develop and own test plans and procedures for each board revision; maintain traceability from requirement to test result
Generate detailed validation reports ing results, findings, and methodologies
Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and collaborate with hardware/firmware design teams to drive corrective actions
Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes, tools, and best practices
