We are looking for a hands-on, performance-oriented, and strategic Head of Marketing to lead all marketing activities within the Yad2 Secondary Real Estate vertical. In this role, you will design and execute our marketing strategy, manage large-scale budgets, and establish structured working methodologies. This is a role for a high-energy "doer" who thinks outside the box, thrives on business goals, and knows how to push projects forward to get results.
What you will be doing?
- Own and develop the end-to-end marketing strategy across B2C, B2B, and C2C channels, aligning all activities with business growth and KPIs
- Manage, optimize, and allocate large-scale marketing budgets effectively across different channels to maximize ROI
- Ensure full synchronization with marketing Shared Services teams to create a unified and effective marketing language
- Collaborate closely with the Sales teams to build high-quality lead funnels and support revenue growth
- Deep dive into user funnels to analyze behavior, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion rates at every stage
- Partner with Product, R&D and Data teams to turn marketing ideas into live products and features
- Use data and analytics tools to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and uncover new user acquisition opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles within fast-paced environments
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing a team or leading marketers directly
- Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong track record of generating high-quality business leads
- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-volume marketing budgets
- A performance-driven mindset with a deep understanding of user funnels, acquisition metrics, and growth strategies
- High energy and a "hands-on" approach- you are someone who makes things happen and drives execution
- Strong ability to work with data to drive decisions, including experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to optimize marketing and sales processes
- Proven experience working across multiple interfaces: Sales, Data, Product, and various Marketing teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and move projects forward with different stakeholders
- A proactive, "can-do" mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams
