KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Service Delivery

Ensure complete delivery of all service lines within the hub, meeting contractual obligations and SLAs/KPIs
Lead and manage the operational FM team, monitoring performance and implementing remedial actions as needed
Act as primary escalation point for operational matters and client complaints
Contribute to the strategic and operational performance of the local Operational Management Team
Stakeholder & Client Management

Serve as main contact for all operational matters with clients and vendors
Identify and maintain regular communication with key client stakeholders
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality, proactive service delivery
Act as ambassador for the client and JLL at all times
Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with JLL policies on HR, Health & Safety, quality control, and business procedures
Conduct internal and supplier audits per the audit schedule
Maintain business continuity at all times
Deliver timely client reports and consistent service delivery across hubs
Team Management

Provide guidance, support, and development to FM team members
Conduct regular performance reviews and annual appraisals
Set and monitor objectives for direct reports
Manage project work and coordinate with Account Finance Manager and Operations Manager
Additional Requirements

Travel to regional offices as needed to meet stakeholders and team members
Strong English language skills (written and verbal) essential for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting
