Performing Quality Inspection upon receipt (electronic boards, components, wiring) and final inspection.
Executing in-process inspection and source inspection at suppliers/subcontractors.
Analyzing production failures, identifying root causes, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) (8D/3A methodologies).
Performing First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS9102.
Reviewing engineering s (ECO/ATP/ATR) and production folders.
Leading/supporting the Material Review Board (MRB) process.
דרישות התפקיד
Practical Engineer (P.E.) in Quality/Electronics/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
4-7 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in electronic, mechanical, and integrated systems manufacturing.
Experience in the defense industry is an advantage.
Required Skills:
Proven knowledge of AS9100, IPC-610, IPC-620 standards.
Familiarity with electronic and mechanical manufacturing processes and reading blueprints/drawings.
Certified AS9100 Internal/External Auditor (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-organizational work (Production, R&D, Supply Chain).
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Priority is an advantage).
