Senior M&A Counsel

Israeli law license - mandatory.
U.S. law license -an advantage.
At least 10 years of legal experience.
Proven track record of leading complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Experience at a leading international or top-tier law firm - mandatory.
Experience advising on corporate financing transactions - an advantage.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong business judgment and the ability to advise senior business leaders on complex strategic transactions.
Excellent written and spoken English.
