Lead and grow the QA team
Design and implement QA strategy for trading applications
Establish testing processes and quality standards
Manage end-to-end testing cycles (mobile/ web/ desktop)
Drive automation testing initiatives
Work closely with development teams to ensure product quality

7 +years QA experience, 5+ years in management
Strong background in financial/trading systems testing - Advantage
Expertise in test automation
Experience with API testing and tools like Postman
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
ISTQB certification
CI/CD experience
