Lead NPI activities and serve as the primary engineering focal point for transferring new electronic products from R&D into manufacturing.
Drive DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews to ensure product manufacturability, testability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Define and maintain manufacturing processes, process flows, production ation, work instructions, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and optimize assembly processes for electronic products, including PCBAs, electromechanical assemblies, wiring, soldering, and final integration processes.
Support production lines with daily technical troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving.
Lead root cause investigations using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Failure Analysis techniques.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase yield, reduce scrap, improve quality, and optimize cycle times.
Lead process validation and qualification activities for new products, equipment, fixtures, and manufacturing processes.
Define process controls, KPIs, control plans, and monitoring methods to ensure stable production performance.
Collaborate with Test Engineering on production test strategies, fixtures, automated test equipment, and process verification.
Support supplier qualification and manufacturing readiness for outsourced electronic assemblies and components.
Lead and support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure effective implementation of manufacturing changes.

Education & Experience

B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI Engineering, or Production Engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting electronic products from development through volume production.
Production Engineering Methodologies

Practical experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong knowledge of SPC, process capability analysis, and statistical methods.
Experience performing PFMEA and developing Control Plans.
Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with GR&R studies and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
Knowledge of line balancing, capacity planning, and production optimization methods.
Technical Skills

Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA production technologies.
Experience with SMT, THT, soldering processes, conformal coating, and electronic assembly methodologies.
Knowledge of IPC standards and electronic manufacturing best practices.
Experience conducting DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews.
Ability to analyze electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Experience with process validation, qualification protocols, and production readiness reviews.
Familiarity with production test methodologies, functional testing, and electronic troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECR) processes.
Ability to create and maintain production documentation, specifications, and process instructions.
Preferred Skills

Experience working with precision motion systems, servo controllers, drivers, sensors, or electromechanical products.
Experience in high-reliability manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of automated production equipment and fixture development.
Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems.
Experience supporting global manufacturing sites and subcontractors.
