NICEManage the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Survey, developing tools, analysis & insights for the different project phases. The CSAT Survey is high profile global project that involves hundreds of employees in the organization and all NICE customers.
System Administrator of the survey platform system – in depth understanding of the survey system, ongoing maintenance & support.
Gather and analyze data from different information systems, using interviews, reports, surveys, business cases, etc.
Develop and produce on-going reports, business insight and presentations.
BA / BSC - Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related area
Job Requirements:Excellent analytical skills. Strong attention to details and ability to sustain high quality analysis over time.
Full proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal skills, service orientation
Excellent English, ability to present to the highest management
Fun, spirited, energetic, relentless and creative
Master ability with Excel or Coding (Macros, VBA of other)
Experience with global organization
Experience in leading projects
Experience with building automate data mining tools, SQL etc.
