Inside Sales through all industry channels, Support, and Technical Training to Rosslare Customers in Territory
The candidate will be responsible for the development of new business, as well as the maintenance of existing customers through all sales channels for Rosslare’s security products within the territory. The candidate will be required to find and develop customers, find and develop business opportunities, attain a high level of understanding of all Rosslare products. The candidate will be required from time to time to conduct training classes for customers.
Success is measured based on region quota/ target achievement.
- Proven experience and knowledge of sales/ inside sales in the EU Market of at least 3 years.
- Proven experience in finding leads and leads qualification.
- Preferred understanding of the Access Control and Security Industry in general.
- Quick learner and technologically oriented
- BA/BS degree – In business, electronics, computer science- An advantage
- Team player but independent and self-starter.
- Skills in researching and analyzing market, negotiations and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Provides field/office sales and technical assistance to customers, installers, distributors and end users.
- Conducts training seminars for sales staff, manufacturers representatives, and customers.
- Prepare weekly activity report, calls, lead generation, quote and sales activity.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written to create a cooperative work environment.
- Ability to work directly with customers to solve their problems and to promote the positive image and reputation of Rosslare services and products.
