CIKLUMCiklum is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account/Engagement Manager for the Israel Region that is motivated to maintain and further grow our business. Israeli region is one of the most successful and fastest growing regions in the company, and You will play an integral part in defining our success moving forward.
The Account/Engagement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the client lifecycle with Ciklum is successful; this is achieved by building strong, long-lasting client relationships and engaging as needed in addressing commercial, operational, and service delivery issues. Engagement Managers are responsible for retention, satisfactions, and growth of her/his Israeli client portfolio, also by fostering good communication between the client and our Eastern European delivery organization.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to the clients
Maintain strong knowledge of clients’ business and technology issues and map them to Ciklum services to design solutions as needed
Create, own and execute Account Management and Engagement Plans
Analyse existing client portfolio to identify growth opportunities
Support Global Engagement Director in developing the larger, more complex global accounts
Work collaboratively with Ciklum Delivery team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer’s needs and objectives:
Act as key point of contact for all commercial and client relationship aspects
Act as escalation point for the Ciklum service Delivery team (or for the client team)
Facilitate written and verbal communication with internal (Delivery team) and external (Client) stakeholders and support negotiation to address high-priority issues.

Job Requirements:6+ years of account management, engagement management or other relevant experience in IT, software/product development, or outsourcing
Good understanding of the Israeli IT/software industry
Strong listening, communication and presentation skills at different organizational levels, including C-level
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Experience and interest in working in a global, multicultural, multi-language and virtual environment
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Readiness for some business trips to our Eastern European delivery hubs.
