Provide technical EHS&S support to Teva facility and global EHS&S SME projects in EHS&S functional areas with concentration on environmental:
Track and analyze company progress on implementation of Teva’s global EHSMS.
Support the development and implementation of global EHS&S standards and the maintenance of sustainable EHS&S management system, programs and processes.
Consult on EHSS-by-Design assessments.
Collaborate with Global Environment to review and approve the integrity of Environmental Footprint data.
Support the continued focus on strengthening the company’s environmental programs.
Consult on and support site closures and divestitures.
Participate in the global EHS audit program to ensure compliance with both regulatory and company requirements.
Track developments and trends in EHS regulations to support EHS compliance.
Be an active member in the various EHS&S Technical Advisory Committees.
Be a role model to team members and actively engage with them to foster engagement and to build the required EHS&S capabilities.
Support the development of the Global Safety & Health annual operating plan (AOP), identifying potential opportunities for increased synergies and efficiencies.
Support the investigation of significant EHS incidents through acting as the SME within the field of EHS&S.

דרישות התפקיד

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or other relevant discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant EHS experience required.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Technical competency and knowledge of environmental control design and operation (e.g. WWTP, air emission control technologies, etc.).
Experience with site closure and remediation activities preferred.
Proven project management skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Regulatory knowledge and competency with respect to global/regional EHS regulations.
Works independently, solves problems using good judgment, is ethical, organized and prioritizes, has excellent verbal and written communication / presentation skills, is persuasive, able to translate technical information into layperson terms, completes work in a timely manner, an exhibit a strong attention to detail.
Works well in teams, an individual contributor, as a facilitator, and leader. Collaborates within and outside the EHS organization, at all levels, both locally and globally.
Acquires, allocates, and controls resources to accomplish goals in an effective and efficient manner. Inspires others to excel. Translates broad strategies into specific objectives. Establishes policies and procedures to standardize work.
Understands the goals of business and its need to compete in a global marketplace, and identifies opportunities to apply EHS support in support of those goals. Affects necessary changes that move the organization’s culture forward and communicates EHS principles and activities using the language of business leaders. Understands the legislative/regulatory processes applicable to key markets, product liability, and product risk management.
