About the Position:
The Operational Manager will be part of the EV Meters team. The Operational Manager will be responsible for the effectiveness and successful management of productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the EV Meter team. This position plays a key role in supporting the customer through the operational side and providing customer support in technical needs.
Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. This includes any issues on-site at client facilities.
Working with the Salles Force system by taking customers’ orders.
Responsible for managing all relevant information in DCS.
Responsible for proper inventory management.
Maintaining regular contact with the Product Manager.
Communicate customer issues with the Product Manager and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
Ensuring all the manufacturing process of the product in the factory is working properly, including ensuring quality assurance and that all products arrive on time to the customer.
Working with external suppliers.
Customer Acceptance Tests (QA)
Engineer or Practical Engineer in Electricity Electronic
1-3 years experience
Excellent customer-facing skills
Ability to transfer knowledge to customers
High level of Planning and Organizing
Analytical capabilities - analyzing complex and multiple information.
Ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge in Electric Vehicle Industry
Worked in an Energy companies
